Welcome to HIVA Jewels. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to keep our process transparent, fair, and secure for both you and us.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to place an order.
If you are a minor, you may shop only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product out of stock.
- Pricing or description errors.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept the following payment methods:
- PhonePe, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (processed securely via our payment gateway)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on selected orders and pincodes
We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
A digital invoice/receipt will be shared via email after your order is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes as determined at checkout.
Please keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If a COD delivery is refused or unaccepted without a valid reason, HIVA Jewels reserves the right to restrict COD access for future orders from that address or account.
Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI — not in cash. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 business hours.
Delivery timelines vary by location (generally 4–7 working days).
We use Shiprocket as our logistics platform, which assigns your shipment to the best available courier partner based on your pincode.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy.
Customers must provide a 360° unedited unboxing video as proof in case of damage or defects.
Certain items (combo sets, custom sizes, or worn jewellery) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete.
Follow the Care & Handling guidelines to maintain your jewellery.
Report any damages or defects within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

Intellectual Property

All website content (designs, images, logos, text, jewellery styles) is the intellectual property of HIVA Jewels.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Communication

By shopping with us, you agree to receive order-related communication via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Promotional updates will be sent only if you opt in, and you may unsubscribe anytime.

Limitation of Liability

HIVA Jewels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or system errors.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Policy Amendments

HIVA Jewels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
