Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with a single, unedited 360° unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Non-returnable items include: cancellations after acceptance, used/worn items, sizing issues, minor colour/design variations, items from combo sets/gift boxes, invalid/PO Box addresses, or after 3 failed delivery attempts.
