General & Shipping

All our jewellery is crafted from 92.5 Sterling Silver and is hallmarked to ensure authenticity and purity.
Yes — we ship PAN India. For remote locations not covered by private couriers we use India Post to ensure delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Standard delivery is 4–7 working days. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000 a standard shipping fee (typically ₹100) applies; charges may vary by weight/pincode.
Once dispatched we’ll share a tracking link and order number via email. Real-time updates on estimated delivery will be provided.

Returns, Refunds & Care

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or faulty. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with a single, unedited 360° unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-returnable items include: cancellations after acceptance, used/worn items, sizing issues, minor colour/design variations, items from combo sets/gift boxes, invalid/PO Box addresses, or after 3 failed delivery attempts.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email (hivajewelsinfo@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9116911196), include your Order ID and the required unboxing video. Our support team will confirm eligibility and share instructions.
After QC inspection, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. For prepaid orders, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Store pieces in a dry, airtight pouch/box; wipe gently with a soft cloth after use; wear jewellery after applying makeup/perfume; avoid water, chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. For silver, use only a polishing cloth.
