Processing & Timeline

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
• Standard delivery: 4–7 working days (depending on location).
• We ship PAN India.
• We also offer local delivery for local customers.
  

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
• A shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied to orders below ₹1000.

Order Tracking

• A tracking link and order number will be shared via Email once your order has been dispatched.
• Real-time updates on estimated delivery will also be provided.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
• Address changes can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Packaging & Safety

• All jewellery is packed in anti-tarnish, tamper-proof and protective packaging for safe delivery.
• We use discreet packaging to ensure security and prevent theft in transit.
• Eco-Friendly Packaging: Our boxes/pouches are reusable and eco-friendly, so you can safely store your jewellery while being kind to the planet.

Logistics Partner

• We have tie-ups with leading logistics partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Track on, Pushpak and others.
• The carrier is chosen based on availability, pricing, and serviceability for your pincode.
• For remote locations not covered by private couriers, we use India Post to ensure reliable service.
