We know how exciting it is to receive your jewellery, and we work hard to get it to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders:

Processing & Timeline

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
  • Standard delivery: 4–7 working days (depending on location).
  • We ship PAN India.
  • We also offer local delivery for local customers.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
  • A shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied to orders below ₹1000.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes at checkout.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
  • Keep the exact payable amount ready — delivery agents may not carry change.
  • COD orders follow the same 4–7 working day delivery timeline.
  • Once a COD order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Repeated refusals of COD deliveries may lead to COD being restricted for your account.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link and order number will be shared via Email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Real-time updates on estimated delivery will also be provided.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Address changes can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Packaging & Safety

  • All jewellery is packed in anti-tarnish, tamper-proof and protective packaging for safe delivery.
  • We use discreet packaging to ensure security and prevent theft in transit.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: Our boxes/pouches are reusable and eco-friendly, so you can safely store your jewellery while being kind to the planet.

Logistics Partner

We use Shiprocket as our logistics platform to ensure fast and reliable delivery across India. Based on your pincode and order details, Shiprocket automatically assigns the most suitable courier partner, including DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others.

  • For remote or semi-urban locations not covered by private couriers, India Post is used to ensure delivery.
  • Tracking details are shared via email once your order is dispatched.
  • In case of any shipment-related issues, our team will coordinate with Shiprocket on your behalf.
